Job Description

•Providing medical services to patients, both pre- and intra-hospital, as well as providing optimal health education to patients and their families to improve the patient's quality of life

•Confirm triage procedures to deal with urgent and/or emergency conditions according to indications

•Carry out an initial assessment of the patient, to determine the diagnosis, historical elements, required physical examination, and services to be provided

•Analyze integrated information and patient assessment data to prioritize patient needs

•Providing therapy and carrying out necessary follow-up, including Life Saving treatment and contacting specialist doctors according to indications, to prevent worsening of the patient's condition and health

•Communicate the patient's condition to all parties who need it and provide education to the patient and the patient's family on matters related to the patient's condition

•Documenting complete patient medical files to be used as a reference for disease history and as an effort to improve medical services provided by the Hospital

•Performs the role of clinical RMO in false emergency cases

•Carry out the patient discharge process if there is no indication for hospitalization

•Monitor the willingness and smoothness of the patient transportation process using an ambulance

•Coordinating the continuity of evacuation procedures which includes: Ensuring the smooth transfer of information to the doctor treating the patient/representing the intended doctor. Preparation of complete equipment, medicines and other inventory needed by the evacuation team according to the patient's condition

•Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors if necessary

•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets

 

Qualifications

•In-depth understanding of medical procedures, diagnostics, and patient care practices. Familiarity with hospital protocols and standards.

•Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to address complex medical issues, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing clinical situations.

•Accurate documentation of patient histories, treatment plans, and medical outcomes. Compliance with hospital record-keeping standards and legal requirements.

•Have minimum 1 year work experience as a general practitioner in emergency services

•Bachelor Degree from Doctor and Medical Profession
