• Create a business model, plan and drive innovation to increase the number of hospital visits and revenue
• Conduct market analysis and conduct bench marks to better understand patient needs at hospital locations, understand business opportunities, and as a basis for planning the right strategy
• Establish and develop business relationships with the environment around the hospital or other external parties (government institutions, public institutions, companies, etc.) to manage referrals
• Evaluate, improve and design information and communication media designs related to hospital health products and services to ensure effective and efficient distribution of information
• Create and analyze hospital health service packages based on the needs of existing departments/services in the hospital in order to improve the quality of hospital services

• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably majoring in communications/Business
• 5-8 years of experience in the same field (preferably 3-5 years of experience in the same position)
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
• Energetic, approachable and passionate
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate a team
• Openness to ongoing changes and new tasks as assigned 
• Able to work independently and proactively
• Available to work onsite at our hospital unit at Bali
