Job Description
- Serve as the primary technical support partner for the Industry Target Market Sales team throughout Türkiye.
- Lead, develop, and manage the Technical Service team, ensuring high levels of technical competence and customer support.
- Provide technical expertise in adhesive, sealing, and related chemical solutions across the Industry Target Market portfolio.
- Identify and recommend the most suitable product solutions based on customer requirements and application needs.
- Ensure the execution, monitoring, and reporting of product testing activities in compliance with Sika's global quality standards and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Customers, and Sika Corporate functions whenever technical support and coordination are required.
- Plan and deliver product application, technology, and innovation training programs for customers and internal teams.
- Conduct on-site investigations and prepare technical reports related to customer complaints, product performance issues, and field observations.
- Support new product evaluations, validation processes, and customer implementation projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing technical insights and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong technical expertise and market knowledge, with the ability to understand customer requirements and industry applications.
- Proven experience with chemical solutions, particularly adhesives, sealants, and related technologies.
- Previous experience in technical service, application engineering, product development, or a similar technical customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
