Job Description
As a Technical Service Engineer (Dispenser System), you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations related to our admixture dispenser systems. Your key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the team to meet job order specifications, standards, and procedures for admixture dispensers.
- Coordinating effectively with relevant departments to ensure timely product delivery, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Provide daily support for customers, sales teams, and operation team regarding equipment systems, including responding to inquiries, analyzing issues, and restoring equipment operations promptly.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely product delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with concrete batching plants, dosing system, pumps, automation system or construction chemicals will be an advantage
- Proven ability to supervise and monitor teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction in admixture dispenser operations and product delivery.
- Good communication skills and working proficiency in English
- Valid SIM A driving license.
- Willingness to travel is necessary to meet job responsibilities and organizational needs.
