Job Description
The Sr. IT Analyst supports Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Power Platform, and related workplace technology services. This role provides advanced technical support, develops automation solutions, improves digital processes, and helps drive user adoption of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot tools.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Adoption
- Design and support automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Partner with business and IT teams to identify process improvements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Support Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot adoption through training, documentation, and user enablement.
Digital Workplace Support & Administration
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, mobile devices, and related platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex user and system issues, document solutions, and maintain support procedures and knowledge articles.
- Support security and compliance standards for access, devices, applications, and workplace technology services.
Cross-Functional & Innovation Support
- Collaborate with users, IT teams, and business stakeholders to improve service delivery and support solution rollouts.
- Support the Americas IT Catalog and related AI-enabled initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of related IT support, digital workplace, automation, or systems administration experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and mobile device management.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, process improvement, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage competing priorities.
- ITIL and ServiceNow experience preferred; occasional travel may be required.
- Occasional travel to other company locations
