Job Description

The Data Management Trainings Specialist designs and establishes a structured communication and training concept that ensures consistent understanding, correct usage, and sustainable adoption of the Product Information Management (PIM) and PIM system across the organization. That enables corporate and business users, data roles, and stakeholders to know what PIM is and work effectively and compliantly with the PIM system by providing clear communication, role‑specific training, and ongoing guidance aligned with PIM governance, data quality standards, and organizational change requirements.

Main tasks:
- Design and maintain a structured training concept for PIM, Data Management and PIM system, aligned with governance rules, data quality standards, and corporate/business processes.
- Develop role‑based training materials (e.g. onboarding, refresher, advanced training) for different data roles such as data creators, data stewards, approvers, etc.
- Deliver training sessions in various formats (live, virtual, self‑learning materials, etc.) to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
- Coordinate training content with PIM Project Coordination, Product Data Management, PIM Governance, IT, and corporate/business stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Continuously review and update training materials based on system changes, process updates, and user feedback.

Responsibilities:

- Responsibility for designing, maintaining, and delivering the PIM, Data Management and PIM system training concept, ensuring alignment with approved PIM governance rules, data standards, and processes.
- Responsibility for defining role‑based training curricula and learning paths for different PIM user groups (e.g. data creators, data managers, approvers, etc.), based on governance requirements.
- Responsibility for planning and conducting training sessions (onboarding, refresher, and update trainings) to enable efficient and compliant use of the PIM system.
- Responsible for ensuring that training materials remain up to date and reflect current system functionality, processes, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Experience designing and maintaining structured training concepts for PIM systems, data management, and product data governance, aligned with corporate processes and data quality standards.

- Proven ability to develop role‑based training materials (e.g. onboarding, refresher, advanced training) for different data roles such as data creators, data stewards, approvers, and governance roles.

- Experience delivering training in multiple formats, including live classroom sessions, virtual trainings, and self‑learning materials, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and system adoption.

- Experience in continuously reviewing and updating training materials based on system changes, process updates, and user feedback.

- Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with a focus on clarity, usability, and sustainable adoption.

- Initial onboarding into the PIM topic or already strong understanding of PIM governance rules, data quality principles, workflows, and approval processes and the ability to translate them into practical training content.
