Job Description

HR Business Partnering

  • Support managers and employees on day-to-day HR topics and people-related matters
  • Partner with line managers in areas such as employee relations, performance and talent management (including salary reviews, talent reviews, succession planning), absenteeism, and organizational changes
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, labor law, and company procedures
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Coordinate payroll-related activities with external/internal payroll providers
  • Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and documentation

Recruitment and L&D

  • Organize and coordinate recruitment activities for production and office-based roles
  • Support onboarding and integration of new employees
  • Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Support learning & development and training coordination

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Greek labor law and internal HR policies
  • Support disciplinary processes and conflict resolution when required
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive employee relations climate
  • Collaborate with Health & Safety and works council/employee representatives where applicable

HR Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in local and possibly area/regional HR projects (e.g. HRIS)
  • Support implementation of HR processes, digital tools, and process improvements
  • Contribute to initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and change management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within international environments
  • Understanding of Greek labor law and HR practices
  • Experience supporting blue-collar and white-collar employees is an additional advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HR platforms is a plus
  • Fluent Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Additional languages are considered an advantage
