    Job Description

    Tax Manager will ensure full compliance with local tax regulations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and risk control. This role requires deep technical expertise in tax, as well as strong coordination with tax aurhorities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee tax reporting and preparation of tax forms in line with Tax Code
    • Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements (CIT, VAT, etc.)
    • Coordinate year-end closing activities and external audits
    • Act as the main point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
    • Monitor changes in tax regulations and implement necessary updates
    • Identify tax risks and ensure strong internal controls
    • Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external stakeholders

    Qualifications

     

    • Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in accounting, statutory reporting, and tax compliance
    • Demonstrated expertise in IFRS, financial statement preparation, and comprehensive tax regulations
    • Proven track record of engagement with external auditors and tax authorities
    • Experience in multinational or complex organizational structures is required
    • Advanced analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under strict deadlines
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management competencies
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional discipline
    • Prior experience working within tax authorities is highly valued and strongly preferred
