Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to support hiring activities in EMEA. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on administrative coordination and candidate management. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers in an international environment.
- Provide administrative support for end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA Functions
- Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support applicant tracking system SmartRecruiters with data entry and updates
- Coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct CV screening for selected roles, where required
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reporting
- Location: Alcobendas
- Contract type: Internship (Mandatory University agreement)
- Duration: 6 months
- Working hours: 6h/day (8h-14h)
- Compensation: 720€/month
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s), preferably in HR, Business Administration, or similar.
- Availability to establish an agreement with the university for at least 6 months.
- First experience or strong interest in recruitment / HR is an advantage
- Experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Mandatory Spanish and English (minimum C1 in both) languages, essential for international communication.
- Additional languages are a plus (French, German, etc.).
