Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. **Strategic Business Development**

Formulate and execute comprehensive growth strategy for Industrial & Data Center segments. Identify, qualify, and establish robust project pipeline across semiconductor plants, data centers, electronics manufacturing, battery/EV plants, industrial units, and F&B facilities. Drive market penetration and competitive positioning within assigned territories.

  1. **Key Account Management**

Establish and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, MNCs, EPC companies, PMCs, consultants, architects, and government authorities. Secure preferred vendor status with key customers and consolidate market leadership position through sustained engagement and value delivery.

  1. **Technical Leadership & Specification**

Direct product and system specifications at design stage across building finishes, waterproofing, flooring, roofing, structural strengthening, fire protection, and sealants & façade systems. Lead technical presentations and solution workshops to drive specification adoption and market differentiation.

  1. **Project Coordination & Execution**

Enforce strict alignment between sales, technical, supply chain, and application teams. Monitor critical project milestones, drive commercial negotiations, and resolve technical and commercial issues during execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

  1. **Market Intelligence & Business Planning**

Systematically track industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Monitor major investments and capex announcements in semiconductor and data center sectors. Prepare periodic business forecasts and market intelligence reports to inform strategic decision-making.

  1. **Revenue & Profitability Management**

Deliver annual sales targets and margin objectives with accountability. Maintain optimal project mix, ensure sustainable profitability, and enforce strategic pricing alignment to maximize shareholder value.

Qualifications

BE- Civil + PGDBM/ MBA preferred
