Job Description
About the Opportunity
Our Maintenance Engineering Apprenticeship is designed to develop the next generation of engineering talent.
You’ll join an experienced maintenance team supporting a live manufacturing environment. From fault finding and equipment maintenance to supporting improvements in automation and reliability, you’ll gain real-world engineering experience from day one.
Alongside practical site-based learning, you’ll complete day-release study towards a Level 4 qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
This is an opportunity to build technical expertise, confidence, and professional experience within a global manufacturing business that invests heavily in development and innovation.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications
- Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English
- Science-based subjects are advantageous, particularly Chemistry
