Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Marketing and Sales company products to achieve organization targets.
Sales – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from Sika - Jordan products and maximizing client potential in a designated region.
- Visit potential clients.
- Maintaining existing relationships with customers.
- Regular visits to consultants, including conducting presentations.
- Preparing daily, weekly plan, and Daily Report.
- Attending Monthly Sales Meeting.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance, Support and product education.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Providing customers/potential customers with required Samples, by contacting Technical Dept. through Logistics Dept.
- Negotiating payment terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Payments collection from customers.
- Coordinate with customers and Logistics Dept. to arrange product Delivery (Place & Date).
- Offering after-sales support services.
- Collecting customer feedback.
- Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
- To convey customer requirements to Management.
- In addition to the above, focusing on Construction System market is required.
- Complete & maintain “Sales force” application implementation.
Marketing – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy
- Development and implementation of digital tools (apps, online planning tool, stakeholder campaigns, etc.)
- Lead generation ensuring direct sales growth
- Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy and implementation
- Management support and coordination for marketing information requests
- Support for budgeting, monthly reporting and strategic / marketing controlling
- Support in strategic Business Unit strategy development and implementation monitoring
- Preparation of management meetings
- Design and implementation of marketing processes, templates and tools
- Preparation of events, customer seminars and promotional materials
- Management of interfaces among marketing groups and with other functions
- Any additional task requested from the immediate supervisor and/or senior management, to increase the organization overall performance.
- Relating to EHS responsibility, He/ She has to be an example to all employees.
- In his/hie absence or during his annual leave, the General Sales Manager is allocating his responsibilities to other team member to take over of his/hir duties and responsibilities.
