Job Description
- Daily tracking & MIS for new item request, PO creation, PO pending for approval, Vehicle and no. of items received Vs no. of items delivery planned etc.
- Purchase Order creation in SAP as per the given term.
- Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation, production status, and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Work closely with CHA (Custom House Agents), and logistics teams for shipment clearance and timely delivery.
- Maintain Records & MIS for incoming inventory, delivery arrival time & note actual arrival time.
- Open Order compilation on weekly basis and report submission to supervisor for PO validity.
- To maintain suppliers, contact details with Email, contact person name and mobile/landline no.
- Work with team members, supervisors to review purchasing plans of the month
- Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested with supporting documents.
- Coordinate with finance team for payment processing of supplier’s invoices.

- Demonstrated broad understanding of purchase and supply chain processes
Qualifications
Diploma / Graduate Required good knowledge of Computer, Microsoft, and basics of ERP.
3 to 4 years of work experience
