Job Description

Broad Function and Purpose of Position:

The position involves supporting all production processes through administrative coordination, documentation, and operational support. Primary responsibilities include data entry, report generation, and maintaining production records.

 

  • Actively participate in the plant's Sika SAFE Program.
  • Serve as the primary responder to visitors at the main entry to the plant.
  • Complete assigned tasks on the production floor, including inventory location, label creation and application, and other projects as assigned.
  • Prepare and maintain required production records, reports, and files including daily production logs, labor summaries, batch profiles, and cycle counts.
  • Monitor inventory levels for PPE supplies and breakroom consumables; restock as needed.
  • Scan and file vendor invoices and daily/weekly pre-use checklists.
  • Coordinate delivery of food and supplies for plant events and monitor the reservation calendar for upcoming activities.
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers and co-workers.
  • Complete other projects as assigned.

Salary Range: $25 - $28 an hour based on education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant.

Qualifications

**Qualifications/Experience:**

  • High School Diploma required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Data entry skills with high accuracy and high-volume capability
  • PC proficiency including spreadsheet creation and maintenance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work effectively with others
  • Reliable attendance record
