We are seeking a Sales Specialist to drive aggressive growth and exceed revenue targets across our Building Systems. This role focuses on delivering high-performance solutions—including Waterproofing, Flooring, and Roofing—to industrial and high-rise construction projects throughout the Southern region.
Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and retention.
- Negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms for Sika.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for both yourself and your team.
- Manage the sales cycle, including generating quotes, processing orders, and handling customer correspondence.
- Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers.
- Assist with credit control activities
- Manage assigned projects according to your Line Manager's direction.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, sales forecasts, and other required planning documents.
- Work effectively with colleagues and other departments to achieve shared goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Line Manager (South Sales Manager)
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Construction/Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3-4 years of experience Technical Sales in the building materials or chemical industry
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Vietnamese speaking with good English language skills.
