Sika Vietnam is looking for Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales growth and market development of Sika’s electronics, dielectric (potting & encapsulation), and textile solutions in Vietnam. This role combines hands‑on key account management, technical sales leadership, and supervision of sales execution, ensuring alignment with Sika’s quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
Job Description
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Execute sales plans and achieve revenue, margin, and market penetration targets for electronics, dielectric, and textile segments.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in electronics manufacturers, electrical component producers, textile converters, and industrial processors.
- Actively manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
2. Key Account & Market Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, OEMs, converters, and strategic customers.
- Support customers with solution‑based selling, positioning Sika as a technical partner, not only a supplier.
- Drive early project involvement and specification of Sika products.
3. Technical Sales & Application Support
- Promote Sika solutions for:
- Dielectric & encapsulation resins (EP, PUR systems) for electronics and electrical applications
- Textile lamination & hot‑melt solutions (PU & PSA systems)
- Coordinate with Technical Service, R&D, and Regional teams for trials, testing, and customer qualification.
- Ensure correct product application, system recommendation, and compliance with Sika technical guidelines.
4. Team & Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Supervise and guide sales activities within assigned segments or territory.
- Support coaching and development of junior sales staff (if applicable).
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
- Contribute input to product positioning and go‑to‑market strategy.
6. Compliance, Safety & Governance
- Ensure compliance with Sika policies, HS&E standards, and ethical business practices.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and customer information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Materials, Textile) or Business with strong technical exposure.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial chemicals, electronics materials, resins, or textile solutions.
- Proven experience in technical or solution‑based sales.
- Experience supervising or leading sales activities is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of epoxy & polyurethane resins, dielectric properties, potting/encapsulation processes.
- Knowledge of textile lamination, hot‑melt adhesives, or industrial bonding systems.
- Strong commercial mindset with structured sales execution.
- Ability to translate technical value into customer benefits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
- Able to work independently while collaborating across functions.
