We are currently looking for a talented Marketing Communication Specialist to be the voice of our brand and help us shape the future of the construction industry in Vietnam.

As the Marketing Communication Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our digital presence and brand narrative. You will lead integrated digital campaigns, manage our social ecosystems, and act as a bridge between internal teams and external agencies to ensure our brand remains the top choice in the construction industry.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

1. Digital Marketing Management

  • Website & SEO: Manage the corporate website, including webpage creation, content building, and updating product documentation while optimizing for SEO.
  • Social Media: Oversee performance and visual direction for Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Zalo.
  • Lead Generation: Manage post scheduling and ensure leads are effectively transferred to the sales team.
  • Campaign Leadership: Lead digital marketing campaigns, managing agencies on creative strategy, media planning, and social outreach (KOLs). Work closely with the internal team to commercialize brand plans i.e. run communication plans and monitor its performance for Product-related events or activities

2. Corporate Communication & Media

  • Media management: Lead the PR agency to execute strategic communication plans and cultivate long-term relationships with industry media, trade magazines, and journalists
  • Press & Publications: Oversee the drafting and distribution of press releases, technical articles, and corporate announcements to maintain a high share of voice in the construction sector
  • Brand Localization: Take global marketing communication campaigns from the Corporate headquarters and adapt them to resonate with the local Vietnamese market context, e.g. Sustainability, New product launches.
  • Internal Comms: Act as the primary editor for internal platforms, including Pardot email marketing, the SikaWorld system, and Microsoft Teams. Ensure all internal news, organizational updates, and marketing milestones are communicated clearly and consistently across the company
  • Stakeholder Comms: Draft and manage professional Trade Letters and official announcements for both internal staff and external business partners

3. CSR Coordinator

  • CSR Leadership: Lead and execute CSR initiatives (e.g., Green Summer Campaign) in coordination with the HR team.

4. Budget & Administration

  • Financial Oversight: Propose yearly/quarterly budgets and manage spending across all channels.

Qualifications

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

2. Professional Experience

  • Seniority: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communications or equivalent.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the construction or industrial sector is highly preferred but not a must
  • Press & PR Mastery: experience in managing PR agencies, building media lists, and securing editorial coverage is preferred
  • Digital Marketing: Hands-on expertise in leading integrated digital marketing campaigns and managing complex content ecosystems across multiple platforms via agencies.

3. Communication & Networking Excellence

  • Media Relations: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse network of journalists, editors, and industry influencers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure seamless collaboration between internal departments, external suppliers, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Corporate Voice: Ability to act as a brand guardian, ensuring all written and verbal communication—both internal and external—is professional and aligned with corporate standards.

4. Project & Strategic Management

  • Campaign Leadership: Good project management and multi-task management skills: candidates can plan and execute projects, campaigns structurally with the required high problems solving skill.

5. Technical & Creative Proficiency

  • Reporting: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) to deliver reports and presentations to senior management team.
  • Creative Tools: Familiarity with Canva and basic Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Digital Platforms: Advanced proficiency with CRM/Digital tools such as Pardot, Adobe analytics, and various social media management platforms.

6. Language Skills

  • Vietnamese: Native fluency for high-stakes local media coordination.
  • English: Professional fluency (speaking and writing) for seamless communication with Global/Regional Corporate offices.

7. Core Competencies

  • Mindset: The candidate must be result-oriented, highly disciplined, and innovative with an analytical approach to communication performance
