Job Description

  • Post invoices accurately on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers according to daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
  • Collect payments from customer sites and process deposits/clearance with the bank.
  • Reconcile and clear daily Accounts Receivable (AR) postings in the system.
  • Perform daily sales closing and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Follow up with customers and update account statements on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Review customer payment terms and credit limits, providing updates to the Customer Service (CS) team as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Specialist

Qualifications

- University or fresh graduate student in field of Accounting & Finance

  • Good in English
