Job Description
1. Sales Execution & Project Penetration
- Execute Direct & Project Sales activities for assigned customers, projects, and territories in line with the business plan defined by the Head of Vertical Markets & KPM.
- Drive achievement of assigned sales targets and project penetration objectives for Direct and Project Sales
2. Project & Site Management
- Actively manage assigned projects from early stage through completion to support successful project execution.
- Conduct frequent site visits to monitor project progress, product application, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure correct application of Sika systems and solutions in accordance with approved technical guidelines, method statements, and specifications.
3. Customer & Key Account Development
- Develop and strengthen relationships with contractors, direct customers, and other stakeholders (developers, designers, architects, consultants) involved in assigned projects.
- Support identification of key decision makers and influencers within the project buying cycle.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with Technical & Specification teams when technical support, specifications, or project solutions are required.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, project opportunities, and site issues.
5. Compliance & Governance
- Comply with all Sika policies, procedures, and sales governance guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all company business information and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Vertical Markets & KPM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, chemistry, building materials or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience in relevant/ similar works.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Fluent in English and/or Chinese.
