Our UK Operations function underpins Sika’s commitment to manufacturing excellence. Purpose of the Role
This role exists to lead and develop our site engineering function, ensuring our manufacturing assets operate safely, efficiently, and consistently. You will champion a culture where safety is uncompromising, preventative maintenance is embedded, and engineering standards support both current operations and our long‑term strategic priorities.

Qualifications
What We Need From You:
• A proven track record in engineering leadership within a manufacturing or process environment—ideally chemicals, FMCG, or related regulated sectors
• Strong commitment to safety-first thinking, with experience developing or improving safe systems of work and engineering controls
• Excellent understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance practices, reliability programmes, and asset care strategies
• Ability to lead, influence, and develop a high-performing engineering team with a structured, process-driven approach
• Demonstrable experience managing engineering projects, contractors, and compliance activities (e.g., PUWER, LOLER, pressure systems, ATEX)
• Relevant engineering qualification (HNC/D or degree) and a full UK driving licence
