Job Description
• Customer In Store Marketing Support -In line with the Product Marketing Manager and Marketing manager, identify, design and manage supply of any In store POS, Sampling in line with the Corporate requirements and technical attributes of the product.
• Explore, create and design ways for us to reward customer loyalty across target markets of Industry, Concrete, Sealing and Bonding, Flooring, Refurbishment, Building Finishing, Waterproofing and Roofing.
• Support customer activities relating to trade shows designed to promote Sika products to key buying groups.
• Design, Support and drive ways to share Product Knowledge with our Distribution network specifically across our professional network.
• Ensure consistent and relevant communication to our distribution network.
• Support the product release process to ensure that all stakeholders are effectively
communicated to externally to ensure a successful implementation of new products or product optimisations.
• Ensure the Sika Marketing Service in relation to Trade Show and Conferencing is set up to be primarily proactive. Work with the sales and marketing co-ordinator to establish a clear budget and schedule of sales support items available to service sales driven activities.
• Foster strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and any external suppliers, associations and industry bodies.
• Maintain regular communication with the Marketing Manager, Distribution Team, Sales Managers and key Sales people to actively seek opportunities to understand and build knowledge of the market and our competitors; and ensure all marketing activity is relevant and supported.
• lead and execute any artwork requirements relating to Distribution Projects as required.
• Liaise and attend meetings and other company functions as necessary that helps in the performance of your duties and aid business and organisational development.
• Submission of Budget proposal and project scopes for approval and tracking committed and invoiced spend.
• Delegate and influence team in marketing and the broader business as required.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with Marketing Projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications
• Degree in Marketing or an equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Professional experience in a multi category and multi-channel responsibility role across traditional and digital marketing functions.
