Job Description

Key responsibilities

Manage the entire sales cycle : 

  • Applies administrative procedures for order processing in accordance with internal processes in order to contribute to the compliant execution of sales operations.
  • Enters and tracks customer orders, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the data entered in order to guarantee sales compliance.
  • Manages customer claims and complaints related to orders entered and invoiced in order to build customer loyalty and ensure their satisfaction
  • Prepare sales contracts in accordance with current templates and procedures to ensure contractual compliance.

Planning :

  • Develop monthly procurement plans based on sales forecasts 
  • Track and update purchase order availability dates in SAP to ensure reliable supply.
  • Adjust plans according to changes in demand and constraints.
  • Identify capacity or availability constraints, propose alternative scenarios for the S&OP process.
  • Maintain and update SAP master data (SAP material extensions, MRP parameters, report generation, etc.).

Resupply , Import/ Export Responsibilities :

  • Optimize replenishment mechanisms for all sites
  • Strengthen inventory control and reliability
  • Create and track purchase orders (PR → PO) through to receipt
  • Record and track supplier non-conformities (Salesforce)
  • Manage end-to-end import/export operations

Compliance with EHS standards and sustainable development :

  • Applies product and operation traceability procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and norms related to archiving and documentation. 
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and fair practices with customers and partners in order to promote a positive image of the company and its practices. 

 

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in administrative management and commerce 

At least 53years of experience in a similar position

  • Undertake such additional duties which may from time to time be required.                     
  • Work overtime when needed in after Working time or weekend.
