Job Description

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for sales, collection and profitability through Direct & Distribution Sales. Initiate corrective action wherever required.
  • Initiate and coordinate search of project leads and prospects. Track upcoming projects & opportunities and identify high potential projects.
  • Provide technical & specification support on KPM, KAM, KOM
  • Provide sales forecast based on sales review and project outlook to ensure timely deliveries to the customers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Establish effective business plans and achieve top-line, bottom-line and OpEBIT targets.
  • Survey & analyze competition strategy, moves & propose / implement actions wherever required.
  • Understanding product gaps and coordination with cross functional tam for development of new products and fill the gaps.
  • Understanding & implementation of Pricing Strategy for profitable growth at Sub-Application Field level.
  • Initiate corrective actions and cost optimization projects for maintaining profitability. 9. Understanding & implementation of Pricing Strategy for profitable growth at Sub-Application Field level.
  • Product Line Simplification (PLS) for ensuring qualitative focus.
  • Organizing Sales & Marketing Training for internal team members and enable them to lead the projects.
  • Organizing Product & Application training for Applicators, Distributors and Customers.
  • Develop marketing tools like PDS, Method Statement, Presentations, Brochures, Flyers, S@W, References & Submittals etc.
  • Organize Webinar, Seminars, Technical Presentations along with Technical Services team.
  • Conducting Product testing & evaluation at internal & external labs to establish results and keeping edge over competition

Qualifications

  • BE / Diploma Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Admixtures.
  • Must have good knowledge about concrete mix design.
  • Experience in designing concrete mixes for various requirements and do batch corrections.
  • Thorough knowledge about various chemical admixtures.
  • Also, knowledge about different cements and supplementary cementitious materials, testing methods and standards related to cement and concrete.
