We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales growth in the south-western region of Poland within the BU Commercial&Industrial

Job Description

Main Tasks

  1. Professional and direct support in all projects implemented using Sika technologies, particularly in the BU Commercial & Industrial segment, in the following technologies: flooring, waterproofing, roofing, S&B.
  2. Customer care and acquisition of new clients.
  3. Active promotion and sales of Sika solutions and products.
  4. Technical and commercial consulting in the field of technology selection.
  5. Achievement of individual sales targets set by the Head of BU Commercial & Industrial.
  6. Continuous monitoring of the construction investment market and active projects in the region.
  7. Ongoing expansion of the customer base and exemplary care for existing clients.
  8. Establishing contacts and providing professional assistance to contractors, investors (optionally architects and design offices). Incorporating Sika solutions into emerging projects.
  9. Conducting training sessions for clients’ employees and contractors regarding technologies, solutions, and products, both in terms of applications and safety as well as environmental impact.
  10. Supervision of ongoing works and preparation of notes from these inspections.
  11. Independently performing control and reference fields and documenting these areas in written and photographic form.
  12. Proper selection of technologies for construction works.
  13. Providing clients with required documents (Material Information Sheets, references, technical approvals, declarations of conformity, etc.).
  14. Resolving emergency and unforeseen situations.
  15. Participation in the handling of complaint processes.

 

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Higher education, preferably technical in the field of construction.
  2. Experience in a similar position.
  3. Ability to quickly learn new construction technologies.
  4. Ability to teach others and share knowledge effectively.
  5. Independence and initiative in action.
  6. Very good knowledge of the construction industry in Poland.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills: negotiation, sales, and communication (ability to establish and maintain business relationships).
  8. Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  9. Ability to effectively complete tasks and achieve goals.
  10. Communicative knowledge of English.
  11. Availability and willingness to undertake multi-day business trips, including overnight stays away from home.
  12. Valid category “B” driving license.
  13. Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with the SalesForce platform is an advantage.
