Job Description


• Develop and execute trade marketing plans to support product launches, retail promotions, and sales growth.
• Drive retail visibility programs: in-store displays, merchandising, POSM, and digital-to-retail activations.
• Partner with the Distribution Sales team to support channel growth initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Co-lead the rollout and growth of Sika MY Rewards loyalty program, managing retailer onboarding, engagement, and reward redemption activities.
• Monitor and analyze loyalty program performance, providing insights and recommendations to increase adoption and retention.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to design end-user promotions that link to loyalty rewards.
• Manage retail events, dealer meetings, and training sessions, with a focus on loyalty and engagement.
• Track competitor activities, industry trends, and retailer needs to recommend improvements.
• Report on the effectiveness of trade, retail, and loyalty programs, ensuring ROI-driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Sales/ Business/ Engineering/ Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail promotion management, retail marketing, customer engagement or a related role within the building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong data analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong self-discipline and motivation to drive sales activities and achieve company goals.
