Job Description

  • Designing web/desktop/mobile/embedded products from scratch for various domain areas incorporating best UI/UX practices
  • Negotiating/explaining requirements, business objectives, and other technical issues with clients, PMs, and development teams. Strong ability to effectively communicate design decisions
  • Understanding the project goals and transforming business requirements into a design hypothesis
  • Working in close collaboration with both internal and external teams — stakeholders, management, design, and development teams
  • Presenting own design ideas and deliveries to clients and team members, negotiating solutions
  • Estimating the time required to complete the work and meeting the deadlines
  • UI/UX design documentation development, design hands-off and implementation validation
  • Guidance of Junior UI Designers, mentoring (optional)
  • Taking part in roadmaps creation and performance reviews of mentees Participating in Design Internship programs

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in designing interfaces, both web and mobile
  • Experience in UX and UI, ability to build and test hypotheses
  • Familiarity with Material/HIG guidelines and responsive web design requirements
  • Proficiency in the industry standard design tools (Scretch, Figma, Adobe CC, etc.), and ability to quickly get familiar with the new ones
  • Knowledge of Atomic Design principles and experience in building complex design systems
  • Understanding the software development process and knowing your role in it
  • Ability to estimate your efforts and meet deadlines
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
  • Being curious and continuously learning to develop new and improve existing skills Willingness to share knowledge

  • Ability to work fast, think fast, respect and value your time and the time of others
