Sia’s Strategy & Management Consulting global footprint and expertise in more than 40 sectors and services allow us to enhance our clients' businesses worldwide. We guide their projects and initiatives in strategy, business transformation, IT & digital strategy.
The Business Transformation Business Unit specializes in partnering with organizations to accelerate growth by driving employee engagement and adoption. This is achieved through cross-sector and cross-functional support in strategy, leadership alignment and coaching, large-scale transformation, strategic change management, and HR modernization efforts. The focus lies in functional transformation, digital and AI transformation, and cultural transformation. Our dedicated team helps navigate complexities for sustainable success in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Job Description
Join a fast-growing global consulting firm that’s rewriting the rules for how strategy and execution intersect. As a Business Transformation Partner, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our footprint in North America while delivering next-generation solutions and delivering Sia’s transformation practice. You will own the growth strategy, client opportunities, and lead multi-disciplinary engagements that drive tangible business results.
Your Role as a Partner
As a Partner, you’ll be a key leader and trusted advisor – both within the firm and across the broader market. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, build lasting client relationships, and inspire high-performing teams. You will:
Lead and Deliver Transformation
- Lead high-impact client engagements at the executive level, remaining actively involved in delivery while serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders.
- Advise senior leaders on workforce and business transformation, including operating model design, organization design, functional and cross-functional transformation.
- Oversee complex strategy and transformation programs end-to-end, ensuring high-impact delivery that exceeds client expectations.
- Leverage global expertise and cross-functional teams to solve our clients’ toughest challenges.
- Advise clients on leveraging AI and data analytics to drive personalized change journeys.
Drive Growth
- Independently generate client billing.
- Own and lead client accounts, serving as the primary relationship manager and strategic advisor.
- Originate new business, drawing from your established network and relationships.
AI- and Data-Driven Transformation
- Design and execute digitally enabled transformation programs driving accelerated adoption and enablement, leveraging AI, data analytics, automation, cloud platforms, and modern governance practices.
- Translate business problems into practical transformation roadmaps; drive executive alignment, upskilling and capability building, governance, scalability of AI for value and impact, and secure, compliant AI deployments.
Lead People & Culture
- Attract, mentor, and develop top consulting talent, with a focus on executive readiness and delivery excellence.
- Set clear expectations for quality, collaboration, and accountability across complex, multi-stream engagements.
- Champion Sia’s inclusive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture, mentoring the next generation of leadership.
Shape the Future of the Firm
- Contribute to our go-to-market strategy, service development, and firm governance.
- Actively collaborate across international hubs and service lines to deliver integrated, cross-border value.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of senior-level experience in management consulting, organization design, change management and AI transformation.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-function transformation programs with measurable business impact
- Demonstrated ability to win and lead engagements with enterprise clients; strong client relationship management at C-suite level.
- Strong background in AI-enabled and digital transformations, data strategy, analytics, automation, cloud technologies, and change management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Candidates must demonstrate an established external presence through activities such as:
- Speaking at or moderating panels at industry conferences, client forums, or professional events
- Membership in recognized industry associations or advisory councils
- Leadership involvement in executive-level forums that support brand building, client development, or thought leadership

Compensation
- Base Salary: $300,000 - $350,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by applicable law.
- Personal Sales Bonus (uncapped)

Workplace
Sia values in-person collaboration. When serving clients, consultants may be required to work onsite at a client location based on engagement needs. Between client engagements, consultants are expected to work from a Sia office or approved coworking location at least three days per week. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a Sia office or approved coworking location. Sia maintains offices and coworking arrangements across multiple U.S. markets, including New York City, Charlotte, Greater Seattle, San Francisco Greater Bay Area, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Washington D.C.
