Contract roles are geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work.

Sia Title: Independent Contractor (1099)

Project Title: Freelance Designer

Project Length: Start date: ASAP- 30 days (possibility for renewal)

Project Hours:  estimated 30 hrs a week

Fixed Fee: 9,600
This is a fixed-fee project, not an hourly engagement. Final compensation will be determined based on agreed-upon scope and monthly deliverables rather than tracked hours.

Location: New York, NY or Remote

• Own end-to-end digital design execution across web, social, paid media, email, and campaign assets
• Translate briefs and strategic inputs into high-quality, on-brand visual concepts and executions
• Design for performance, optimizing creative based on platform requirements, audience behavior, and data insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, copy, media, and production teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery
• Develop scalable design systems, templates, and assets to support efficient production and consistency
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and technical specifications
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed, quality, and evolving
