Shippeo is looking for a Product Designer to join our team of two Product Designers and a Head of Design.

You will be reporting to a Head of Design and working closely with product managers, software engineers and customer-facing teams.

Your missions will include:

• Talk to our users (both internal and external) to understand their needs, and get valuable insights

• Define product design roadmap and ensure it’s aligned with the Tribe vision

• Partner with Engineering, Data Analyst and Product teams to specify and prioritize product design development and measure product usage

• Partner with other Product Designer and Commercial teams to deliver your roadmap

• You are a generalist product designer with UX/UI expertise
• You create experiences and journeys with a focus on elegance and simplicity
• You have at least 5 years of experience and can present us with a portfolio demonstrating a high level of interface design ability.
• Past collaboration with developers and basic knowledge of their business.
• Experience in face-to-face or remote user testing
• Ability to give and receive feedback in an open, constructive and caring manner.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and to evolve independently.
• Mastery of Sketch or Figma
• Minimum professional English

Bonus

• Proficiency in high fidelity prototyping tools (Origami or Framer)
• Strong experience in User Research
