Job Description

Internship starting in May 2021

 

As a Customer Success Manager Intern and under the responsibility of your tutor, you will be in charge of the quality of the solution for a portfolio of clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support in the implementation and maintenance of Shippeo toward Customers

  • Reporting and research activities

  • Organization, coordination and follow-up on the actions taken with clients or Shippeo’s internal teams

  • Specification of customer’s needs related to the platform and regular communication with Shippeo’s Product team in order to ensure the good progress of developments

  • Regular attendance to Steering Committees with Customers to share deployment progress (on or off premises)

 

Qualifications

  • You are doing you Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably studying Business Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or a comparable program

  • You are autonomous in your work and you can multitask

  • You have good analysis skills and you can handle daily requests from clients

  • You have good interpersonal skills

  • You are rigorous, structured and concise

  • You have good communication skills (written as well as spoken)

  • You are fluent in French and English (a third European language is a +)

  • You are ambitious, a leader and ready to take responsibilities in a start-up ready to revolutionize a whole sector
