Job Description
Internship starting in May 2021
As a Customer Success Manager Intern and under the responsibility of your tutor, you will be in charge of the quality of the solution for a portfolio of clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support in the implementation and maintenance of Shippeo toward Customers
Reporting and research activities
Organization, coordination and follow-up on the actions taken with clients or Shippeo’s internal teams
Specification of customer’s needs related to the platform and regular communication with Shippeo’s Product team in order to ensure the good progress of developments
Regular attendance to Steering Committees with Customers to share deployment progress (on or off premises)
Qualifications
You are doing you Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably studying Business Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or a comparable program
You are autonomous in your work and you can multitask
You have good analysis skills and you can handle daily requests from clients
You have good interpersonal skills
You are rigorous, structured and concise
You have good communication skills (written as well as spoken)
You are fluent in French and English (a third European language is a +)
You are ambitious, a leader and ready to take responsibilities in a start-up ready to revolutionize a whole sector
