Shiji Twilight Data + AI is a part of the worldwide brand Shiji Group responsible for development of data processing solutions. Your job will be to develop a part of a global, distributed system that serves data capabilities to the hospitality industry. The independent data processing platform integrates, collects, harmonizes, and analyzes different data sources to provide holistic data perspective for Shiji Customers.

You'll be responsible for: 

• performing requirements analysis, documenting, and communicating the results of your efforts, 
• working closely with Product Owner to help maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI, 
• gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful summaries, 
• serving as a liaison between stakeholders and developers, 
• close cooperation with other teams to deliver distributed functionalities, 
• helping ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on, 
• understanding the business needs and domain areas of selected Shiji hospitality products 

• at least 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Software Development
• university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or similar relevant fields, 
• experience with Relational Databases and SQL,
• in-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles, 
• outstanding communication and presentation skills, 
• excellent organizational and time management skills, 
• sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, 
• creative thinker with a vision, 
• attention to detail 

Nice to have: 

• previous experience working with big data and/or BI tools
• previous experience working in SCRUM team
