Job Description
To support our Sales team in Asia Pacific, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager-Vietnam to best promote and sell Shiji solutions (Shiji Property Management System, Point of Sales System) to hotels in Vietnam.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and Manage Pipeline: Efficiently develop, prioritize, and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent and sustainable business growth.
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and create opportunities by actively prospecting new potential clients and nurturing relationships with existing clients through market analysis and insights.
- Close Deals: Drive the sales process by effectively negotiating contracts via phone, online, or in-person meetings
- Product Portfolio Introduction: Present and promote the Shiji Product portfolio and solutions, including POS, PMS, and Shiji Guest Solutions, to prospective clients.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer business drivers and employ solution selling techniques to develop and deliver superior value propositions tailored to client needs.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by implementing strategic sales initiatives and maintaining a high level of performance and accountability.
- Represent Shiji at industry events, actively seeking out and participating in marketing activities to generate leads and expand the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software/hardware sales, specifically with POS, PMS, Spa, and Golf systems within the hospitality or F&B IT industry. In-depth knowledge of the hotel industry and a solid understanding of Cloud/SaaS business models and B2B dynamics.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
- Excellent business communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
- A self-motivated, proactive individual with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM (Salesforce, Zoho etc.).
- Proven track record of matching or exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
- Availability to travel when required
