Job Description

  • Supports month-, quarter- and year end close activities
  • Develops internal financial reporting and KPIs of various Shiji Group entities including follow-ups
  • Analyzes, reviews and comments financial data, prepares and summarizes recommendations
  • Identify areas to improve efficiency, continuously enhance of processes and tools
  • Collaborates with the accounting team regarding chart of accounts requirements and specifications for cost accounting
  • Supports annual budget and intra-year forecasting process
  • Prepares financial reporting’s for various internal stakeholders including reviews and presentations 
  • Supports with implementing group processes and internal controls
  • Take charge of ad hoc analysis and special projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of finance/accounting experience or in-depth knowledge in corporate finance
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting and ERP systems (Microsoft NAV would be a plus)
  • Basic Knowledge of Accounting Standards (IFRS)
  • Strongly proficient in Excel
  • Proactive and self-motivated working attitude with a great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to flexibly adopt to diverse target groups
  • Fluent English is a must, German is a plus
  • Working experience in technology company is an advantage
  • Valid work permit to work in Germany
