Job Description

  • Maintain a great working environment and culture to ensure we are living in alignment with Shiji vision, and values
  • Recruiting:
    • Assist in the recruitment process, including creating job postings, posting on job boards, and arranging candidate interviews
    • Source new talent, reviewing applications and pre-screening of candidates
    • Use our recruitment tools to effectively organize and report on candidate pipeline
  • HR Administration:
    • Assist in preparing the monthly payroll for our international employees
    • Provide administrative support across the business, including issuing employment contracts, employee letters, work certificates, processing on-&off-boarding paperwork
    • Provide reports and data to our stakeholders
    • Maintaining and updating the HR system, electronic files, and other documents
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
  • Together with the Shiji global HR team develop company processes, tools, and databases and implement new, creative ideas to continuously optimize Shiji HR management

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ year in an HR related role, preferably in a fast-paced growing company
  • General understanding of labor legislation
  • Good planning, coordination and prioritization skills
  • People oriented, empathetic, and results driven
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • German and English fluently 
  • Skilled with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, …)
