Job Description
At Seven Senders and claim.me, we’re on a mission to make international shipping and parcel claiming smooth, smart, and scalable. To fuel our next stage of growth, we’re looking for a GTM Manager – a hands-on systems thinker who will take full ownership of our sales and marketing automation stack.
In this role, you won’t just manage tools – you’ll build and own our outbound engine end-to-end. From targeting and segmentation to campaign execution and continuous optimization, you ensure we reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.
You’ll work across systems like CRM, outreach tools, and data platforms to create clean, scalable workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and continuously improve performance. If you enjoy solving messy setups, thinking in systems, and delivering measurable impact from day one, this role is for you.
The essence of your role
- Build and scale our AI outbound engine across two brands
- Own campaigns end-to-end (targeting, list building, sequencing, optimization)
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads through the smart combination of AI and automation tools
- Ensure clean, structured CRM data and reliable workflows
- Translating sales goals into automated software processes
Qualifications
This is what you need to succeed
- 2–5 years of experience in Growth, RevOps, or Outbound
- Proven ownership of outbound campaigns end-to-end
- Strong understanding of ICP, targeting, and messaging
- Hands-on with CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo)
- Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with automation & AI
- Fluent in German and English
