The ServiceNow Brand & Strategy team is a passionate team of creative thinkers responsible for shaping the future of the ServiceNow brand. We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to contribute to the vision for the ServiceNow brand and drive design excellence across the organization—across every channel and touchpoint, internal and external. 

This role is responsible for executing and evolving the ServiceNow brand identity, contributing to a design-led vision across ServiceNow’s brand ecosystem globally, and standing up systems designed to scale with AI. The ideal candidate has a passion for craft with meticulous attention to execution and a sharp understanding of how to build for enterprise application. They have experience leading projects with internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies—and thrive in ambiguity. 

The Associate Creative Director will raise the creative bar, contribute to an inclusive and collaborative design culture, and partner seamlessly across the ServiceNow organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is curious about technology, can build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on craft to their work from initial briefing through to final delivery. 

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the global brand identity for ServiceNow products and services, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability across all touchpoints 

• Deliver strategic brand systems that serve a global audience and are designed to scale using AI 

• Support and strengthen brand design culture through enabling world-class design 

• Apply rigorous ways of working to improve performance, quality, and integrated approaches to execution 

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Business partners to contribute to holistic brand systems 

• Work closely with the Brand Design Director and Executive Creative Director, and cross-functional partners to ensure design work is strategic and drives business objectives 

• 6–9 years of experience in design, with meaningful exposure to building consumer or enterprise brands 

• Experience leading with creative vision, purpose, and a commitment to craft 

• Experience developing brand directions that solve business problems 

• Experience working within brand architecture and portfolio brand systems 

• Exposure to integrated design work across traditional, digital, and experiential channels 

• Experience managing and collaborating with internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies 

• Strong ability to collaborate and drive alignment across highly cross-functional teams 

• Exceptional communication skills—able to present work clearly and confidently from strategy to execution 

• Experience partnering with and influencing marketing and creative leadership 

• Expert with creative tools including Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma 

• Experience in photo art direction a plus 

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $148,400 - $259,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
