The Team

The Global People Employee Experience Product Management Organization is transforming the way business outcomes are achieved by leveraging scale, agility, and efficiency in ServiceNow’s internal landscape. What you get to do in this role:

We are seeking a strategically minded individual contributor to drive the development and integration of internal employee HR systems, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and global mobility.  This senior individual contributor role requires strong product experience, technical fluency, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams without formal authority. You will shape the product roadmap, influence a complex landscape of senior stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders, and deliver solutions that accelerate adoption, employee value, and business outcomes.   

You will ensure the delivery of exceptional value to key internal business stakeholders through strategic leadership and effective alignment of work with strategic priorities in the following areas:

  • Drive Internal Global People Technology Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of the internal product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder needs, and strategic priorities. Maintain clear, prioritized product roadmaps that articulate goals, trade-offs, and sequencing.
  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate governance and communication across Global People, Program Management, Change Management, and Digital Technology teams to ensure transparency and execution excellence.
  • Translate Strategy into Action: Convert complex business strategy into actionable product plans, including business cases, value definitions, and business requirements for new systems, capabilities and enhancements.
  • Engage in the Development Lifecycle:  Engage in development activities, including but not limited to product planning, requirements refinement, tradeoff decisions, development of test plans and success criteria, and all agile ceremonies. 
  • Serve as Product SME:  Maintain deep understanding of the business process across enterprise global people including major applications and their end-to-end data flow and downstream systems, acting as the bridge between multiple business and technical stakeholders through requirement walkthroughs and solution alignment.
  • Enable Change and Adoption: Support launch activities, change management, and enablement activities such as knowledge articles, FAQs, and training to drive adoption across Global People teams.
  • Advance Product Maturity and Innovation: Apply product principles and design thinking to implement OOTB solutions, automate workflows, enhance user experience on Global People platforms, and elevate product maturity across the organization.
  • Champion UI/UX Excellence:   Proactively engage in wireframe design, screen development, and close collaboration with design teams to deliver intuitive and impactful user interfaces.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role:

  • An experienced product manager adept at working cross-functionally via the four-in-the-box (4ITB) model to build seamless, end-to-end product roadmaps and experiences that deliver value. 
  • 8+ years’ experience in managing networks of complex stakeholders, manage expectations, planning to capacity, understanding technical ecosystems, and deliver within a fast-paced always changing technical environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • A strategic thinker with a high degree of detail orientation who is capable of defining and driving meaningful outcomes that improve satisfaction, deliver key results and elevate adoption/usage.
  • A problem solver who is excellent at defining the problem, ensuring it is the right problem to solve and then working relentlessly to solve it holistically.  Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements, clearly relate expectations, and provide solutions.
  • Collaborative with the ability to motivate teams, drive engagement, synthesize various opinions/inputs across complex stakeholder networks and influence/inspire alignment.
  • 8+ years’ experience shipping human resources products with demonstratable success.
  • You have strong technical knowledge and the ability to work closely with world-class engineering partners to devise strategies, solve complex system interdependencies, and build performant and scalable.
  • Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in slides; comfortable in executive level business leaders and COEs as well as technical discussions.      Ability to influence and collaborate with a complex network of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Domain experience preferred in one or more of the following areas: HRIS, Human Resource Policy and Process, Employee Portals, Vendor Management and Risk Analysis, Business Continuity, Ethics policies and compliance.  A strong preference for experience with compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs and products.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ product/program experience with enterprise HR, HCM, HRIS, HRSD, CRM transformation programs highly preferred.
  • 8+ years’ experience in product/program management with defining problems, product strategy and roadmaps, using analytics, defining and tracking support metrics, KPIs, and making data driven decisions.
  • AI native mindset and familiarity with machine learning technologies and their application in Human Resources.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect, influence, and collaborate with complex networks of stakeholders from front-line employees to executive leadership.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and action-oriented with the ability to deal with ambiguity yet have a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Culturally aware, with experience communicating effectively with a global audience.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), particularly skilled in PowerPoint presentations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software/SaaS industry, CSM, TPSM, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Proven ability to define product requirements and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
  • Experience using data and metrics to guide product outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, always changing, matrix environments with multiple work streams and stakeholders.

 

FD21

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $147,300 - $257,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
