Job Description

Role Overview: The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead strategic hiring initiatives to attract and retain top talent across the organisation. This role requires a visionary leader with strong execution capabilities, adept at navigating complex, matrixed environments while driving operational excellence and delivering results at scale and pace. The ideal candidate will combine executive presence with a data-driven approach, fostering strong business partnerships and enabling organisational agility.

    • Partner closely with cross functional teams in TA, HR and corporate functions.

    • Anticipate future workforce needs and develop proactive hiring plans.
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Drive process optimisation and standardisation across global recruitment operations.
    • Ensure compliance with policies and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

    • Designing reporting templates and dashboards

  • Business Partnership:

    • Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders to influence talent decisions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning and market trends.

    • Regularly communicating impact and achievements to TA leadership and business partners

  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Leverage analytics and insights to measure effectiveness and improve recruitment outcomes.
    • Implement metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Change Management & Agility:

    • Lead transformation initiatives within Talent Acquisition to adapt to evolving business needs.
    • Operate effectively in ambiguous situations and drive results in fast-paced environments.
  • Scale & Pace:

    • Manage high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and speed.
    • Build scalable processes to support organisational growth.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in global or large-scale recruitment operations.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Strategic mindset with exceptional execution skills.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Expertise in working within matrix organisations and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Operational excellence and process improvement experience.
  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at change management and driving organisational agility.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and deliver results under pressure.
