Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join ServiceNow's AI Platform Marketing team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring we continue to differentiate our AI solutions in the industry with programs, strategies, and long-term marketing plans focused on reaching our sales goals. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll partner closely with product, sales, GTM, partners, demand gen, and other teams to build messaging, programs, and solutions that drive adoption and business growth in a high-growth market segment. This role is pivotal in empowering our sales teams to effectively communicate the value proposition and drive adoption of our innovative solutions.

To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience in B2B enterprise product marketing—particularly in bringing AI-powered solutions to market—along with a strong track record of developing go-to-market strategies and crafting compelling, differentiated messaging that resonates with technical and business buyers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development of strategic sales plays for AI-powered solutions, working closely with GTM and sales leadership to identify key use cases, remove friction in the sales cycle, and drive pipeline acceleration. 
  • Engage directly with sales teams and field leaders to understand their priorities, challenges, and customer objections-translating those insights into actionable programs and high-impact enablement. 
  • Craft executive-level messaging and assets tailored for C-suite buyers, including customer-facing presentations, talk tracks, and value frameworks that clearly articulate business outcomes. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and field teams to ensure alignment across product positioning, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market execution. 
  • Represent marketing in customer engagements, sales meetings, and strategic deals, acting as a trusted product and messaging expert to help advance conversations and close business. 
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize enablement effectiveness through feedback loops and performance metrics-ensuring sales teams are equipped with timely, relevant, and high-quality materials. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 7–10+ years in enterprise product marketing, product management, or sales engineering 
  • 4+ years working with enterprise software platforms; AI experience is required 
  • Proven ability to build sales plays and enablement content based on seller and customer insights 
  • Strong storyteller with experience creating messaging for technical and executive audiences 
  • Track record of developing polished, C-suite-ready presentations and sales assets 
  • Experience collaborating across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to customers and execs 

 

FD21

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $162,600 - $284,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
