Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Associate fluent in German to join our dynamic team in Munich, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to our company's success in the German market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for enterprise customers
- Negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system
- Travel within Germany and potentially other European countries as required
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology or software industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of the German market and business practices
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales
- Willingness to travel within Germany and potentially other European countries
