Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Concierge to join our team in Churchville, United States. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests, residents, and visitors. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for everyone who interacts with our facility.

  • Greet and welcome guests, residents, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Provide general assistance and information about local attractions, restaurants, and services
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, when applicable
  • Coordinate and arrange transportation, dining reservations, and other guest services
  • Handle package deliveries, including plants and prescription drugs, ensuring proper storage and distribution
  • Maintain accurate logs for key issuance, visitor sign-ins, and other security-related tasks
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and building security systems to ensure safety of residents and property
  • Process and follow up on work orders, incident reports, and guest concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and report generation
  • Adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three months of related customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, professional, and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and services
  • Ability to maintain composure and provide high-quality service in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Familiarity with basic security and emergency procedures
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
