Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Concierge to join our team in Victor, United States. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.
- Greet and assist guests, visitors, and residents with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and services
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Manage reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest needs
- Monitor building security and safety systems
- Process and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and logs of guest interactions and requests
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay informed about local events and attractions to provide up-to-date recommendations
- $16-$18 hourly
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions in Victor and surrounding regions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality management is a plus
