• Transform resident apartments into gleaming palaces fit for royalty (or just really tidy people)
• Wave your magic mop in hallways and common areas, leaving no dust bunny unturned
• Be the fairy godparent of empty apartments, preparing them for new resident move-ins with a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo
• Channel your inner superhero and swoop in to save the day when residents or guests need a hand
• Embrace your inner MacGyver during resident emergencies (no paperclips required, but creativity is a plus!)
• Keep your cleaning cave organized and tidy – lead by example, cleaning maestro!
• Master the art of potion-making (aka using cleaning products safely and effectively)
• Join forces with your fellow clean team avengers to maintain a spotless fortress
• Be the Sherlock Holmes of maintenance issues and safety concerns, reporting any clues to the proper authorities
• Spread good vibes like confetti, creating a positive atmosphere for residents, visitors, and co-workers alike
• $16- $17/hr

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and resident needs
• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques (training will be provided)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
