Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee performance marketing efforts across three distinct brands, spanning two countries – the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). As the lead role in our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies that drive lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion across our brands. To be successful in this role you will need experience in the areas of paid search and social, budget management, content creation, digital and social channels, SEO, and reporting and analytics. Additionally, this role involves managing a small creative team and collaborating with numerous internal departments and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies tailored to each brand, taking
into account the specific market dynamics and customer profiles in the UAE and KSA.
2. Manage the marketing/advertising budget across all three brands, making data-
informed decisions on budget allocation to maximize ROI while balancing brand and
country-level business objectives.
3. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various advertising platforms,
including:
Google Ads (Performance Max and YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
TikTok Ads
Snap Ads
4. Oversee paid search campaigns (PPC) to maximize ROI, ensuring effective keyword
targeting, ad copy, and bid management.
5. Implement and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms including:
Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
Snap Chat
6. Ongoing analysis and reporting on marketing and campaign specific KPIs and funnel flow metrics using platforms such as:
Google Analytics 4
Tableau
7. Continuously improve the customer journey by ensuring the right information and
messaging is communicated at the right time on the right platform utilizing the different
touchpoints along the user journey.
8. Managing the content creation function to develop messaging and media for the
website, apps, social media, advertising channels, and automated WhatsApp and
notifications.
9. Lead organic search (SEO) efforts to improve organic rankings, conduct keyword
research, and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
10. Utilize other marketing technology tools and platforms including:
Hootsuite
Google Tag Manager
Google Business Profile
Google Search Console
Lucidya
SEMRush
Collaborations and Connections:
This role involves close collaboration and communication with various functions within the
business:
Collaboration with Customer Service:
Receiving feedback from customers regarding their readiness to buy/sell.
Understanding customer perceptions of our service.
Monitoring customer show-up rates to appointments.
Collaboration with Product / IT:
Communicating technology requirements, including landing pages and website
functionality.
Collaborating with IT to ensure platform connectivity and data flow.
Ensure seamless data flow, integration, and retrieval for analytics and visualization
platforms.
Collaboration with Sourcing / Retail Management:
Periodic communication and planning with sourcing managers to understand
business requirements and targets.
Supporting initiatives such as launching new branches, aiding existing branches, and
coordinating local-themed campaigns and events.
Management of Creative Team:
The role involves the daily management of the creative team including:
Graphic Designer/Illustrator: Oversee the creation of all branded materials and
communication.
Videographer: Manage the shooting and editing of still images and footage used
in communication.
Audio Engineer: Manage the in-house audio studio and provide support for
audio media.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
Proven experience in performance marketing, including hands-on management of
digital advertising campaigns.
Technical expertise in paid search (PPC) and paid social media advertising.
Possess a deep understanding of digital channels and analytics for reporting and
presentations.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
Strong knowledge of organic search (SEO) and organic social media strategies.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Additional Requirements:
Experience with marketing campaigns to both locals and non-locals in UAE and KSA and
an understanding of cultural nuances in marketing strategies is a plus.
