• Develop integrated communication plans aligned with corporate and operational priorities.
• Advise senior leaders and Vice Presidents on positioning, messaging, engagement strategies, and executive presence.
• Support authentic and compelling narratives aligned with corporate objectives.
• Translate complex business initiatives into clear and compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across functions and leadership levels.
• Oversee award applications and identify communication opportunities supporting corporate goals.
• Enhance senior leaders’ visibility through strategic content, thought leadership, and speaking opportunities.
• Draft executive communications including leadership messages, town halls, speeches, briefings, and strategic updates.
• Prepare executive briefing notes, Q&A documents, stakeholder materials, and CEO communications support.
• Define communication KPIs, track progress, and collaborate with PR, Government Affairs, and communications teams on external positioning and reputation management.

• 5–10 years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, public affairs, marketing, or related field. 
• Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams in high-visibility environments.
• Demonstrated experience in executive positioning, thought leadership development, or personal branding.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to operate with discretion and sound judgment in high-visibility situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Marketing, or related field. 
• Language: Bilingual (French/English), Fluent in both.    
• Flexibility for some trips to Toronto, when necessary.
