Job Description

  • Define and maintain quality policies, testing standards, frameworks, and best practices across projects.
  • Own the overall testing and quality strategy, including quality gates and release readiness criteria.
  • Establish test case standards, naming conventions, and coverage rules aligned with business requirements.
  • Ensure testing objectives align with product goals and organizational quality expectations.
  • Monitor process governance, compliance, and quality metrics across multiple teams and platforms.
  • Report quality status, risks, and testing progress to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams to drive consistent quality processes.
  • Work with tools such as Jira and Confluence for quality tracking and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in defining quality policies, standards, and testing frameworks.
  • Experience with process governance, compliance management, and multi-team collaboration.
  • Proven ability to define testing strategies, quality gates, release readiness criteria, and test coverage standards.
  • Experience ensuring alignment between testing objectives, business requirements, and product goals.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in distributed/remote team environments.
  • German business communication basics are mandatory.
