Job Description

  • Technical Support Engineer work focuses on provide specialized technical assistance to dealers and stakeholders in order to facilitate resolution to complex product technical concerns and workshop tools.
  • May provide onsite training for customer support personnel.
  • On Senior level applies advanced knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience.
  •  Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. 
  • Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.

Qualifications

  • This position requires 5 years of relevant experience.
