About the role

At Securitas Technology, we are looking for a Contract Management Officer to strengthen our Operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and proper follow-up of all service contracts across the organization.

You will act as a central point of contact for contract-related matters and ensure that all stakeholders work with up-to-date and reliable information.

Cash Collector / Credit Collector

As a Credit Collector, you are responsible for following up on outstanding customer invoices and optimizing the organization’s cash position. You work closely with colleagues and business stakeholders to minimize payment delays and identify risks in a timely manner.

Your Responsibilities

Improving DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)

• Following up with key customers by phone to improve the cash position
• Sending reminders and payment notices
• Monitoring WCO / CSR files

Bad Debt Management

• Proactively following up on high-risk files
• Performing and monitoring credit checks
• Registering bankruptcies in the reporting tool, including tax certificates
• Keeping bankruptcy lists up to date and cleaning them up
• Matching and reconciling payments

Monitoring Ageing Balances (+90 days)

• Initiating and following up on year-end actions
• Informing business stakeholders about outstanding receivables within their customer portfolio
• Regularly consulting with colleagues to handle files efficiently

Policies & Information Security

• Correctly complying with internal policies, management systems, and information security guidelines.

Your Profile

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of approximately 3 years of experience in collections / credit collection
• Good knowledge of both Dutch and French
• Comfortable using computer applications and administrative tools
