The Program Coordinator is an administrative role specialized in managing, coordinating and overseeing of planning, implementing and evaluating different data center projects and program such as training, digitalization, administrative operations support, support with creating QBR and MBR’s and building dashboards. 
To work closely with the account and training directors and support the data center team, ensure constant adherence to standards, policies and procedures. You'll help develop and execute initiatives across a variety of disciplines and will be responsible for working with a diverse set of stakeholders.

We need an ambitious individual who demonstrates impeccable communication and stakeholder management skills. The right candidate for this role is highly detail oriented, loves to create structure, never misses a deadline, and can manage multiple complex work streams at once. 

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Support planning and coordination of projects
  • Ensuring implementation of policies and practises
  • Keep all members of the team up-to-date with relevant information
  • Communicate with team members to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Schedule and organize meetings and maintain agenda
  • Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations
  • Prepare and update paperwork
  • Keep updated records and create/update reports and proposals
  • Support development
  • Create presentations, summaries and helping materials to ensure excellent communication within the business
  • Ensure all important customer information is filed in the agreed filing system
  • Develop good working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • To understand the operational needs and SLA requirements for his/her region
  • Assist with external financial budgets and cost models
  • Responsible for creating coordinating training program for officers 
  • Any other duties as directed by the Vice President

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum requirement with 3 years of operations related experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience enough to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company
